Our December meeting we will have our annual potluck Christmas party! Please bring a potluck-style dish and a drink with you. If you want to participate in the Gift Exchange, please bring a gift valued up to $15. We will be meeting at the Virgil I. Grissom Library 366 Deshazor Dr., Newport News.

It was suggested we get a membership director. Of the members present, it was unanimous to keep the BSSV.
The Bracelet Challenge will conclude at our Holiday meeting. So those of you who have your bracelets, please bring the completed bracelet to the December meeting.
The Board is gathering survey questions, and we would like for all members to participate. This will help us determine your interest in the BSSV. It was suggested to increase membership by having a membership drive, or have an open house. Other suggestions are welcomed.
We are still looking for a permanent place to meet. The Hampton Teen Center is now the Art Center on Butler Farm Rd. This would be an appropriate place to meet and nurture our creativity! Ms. Dee Minor will provide more information.
Shelley Davis won the monthly bead jar drawing! Congrats!
The Intergalactic Bead show has offered us a table, at no cost, so we can tell people about us, and showcase our creations. It’s usually a two day event, so we would have to set up a schedule to man the table in shifts. This is something all of us can participate in!
If you know of a local store, ask them if you can place our BSSV flyers in their shops. We can share more information about our group!
